Lesson Policies
Cancellation Policy
Lessons cancelled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or replaced when possible, particularly within semester plans. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson, as well as missed lessons, are charged and cannot be refunded or replaced.
Semester Plan
Semester plans include approximately 18 weekly lessons, generally limited to one lesson per week, and follow the LFZ school calendar. Exact semester dates are confirmed at registration. For students attending Swiss schools, holiday periods can be adapted by mutual agreement when possible. The semester includes four weeks of break, and replacement lessons for missed sessions cannot be guaranteed.
4-Lesson Pack
The 4-lesson pack is valid for two months from the date of the first lesson and is designed for a maximum of one lesson per week. It offers more flexibility than a semester plan while still encouraging regular practice and continuity.
Je trouve ça beaucoup plus élégant sur une page Pricing : on garde toutes les infos importantes, mais sans donner l’impression de lire des conditions générales d’assurance.
